Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucient House LLC ("Lucient House," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company with its principal place of business at 1174 Marlane Rd, Toms River, NJ 08753. By accessing our website at lucientlabs.us (the "Site") or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any products.

Eligibility Requirements

By accessing this website and purchasing from Lucient House, you confirm and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age

You are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution

You have the expertise to safely handle research peptides and maintain appropriate laboratory insurance

Research Use Only — Acceptable Use

All materials provided by Lucient House are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. This is a non-negotiable condition of sale.

Use of these materials for any other purpose is strictly prohibited, including:

  • ×Human consumption, injection, or administration
  • ×Veterinary applications or any in-vivo animal testing
  • ×Diagnostic or therapeutic purposes
  • ×Food, drug, cosmetic, or supplement manufacturing
  • ×Any clinical or in-vivo application involving living human or animal subjects

Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT use this website or purchase from Lucient House to:

Discuss, promote, or engage in human or animal dosing of products purchased from Lucient House, including on social media, forums, or any public platform

Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to third parties without our express written consent

Use products in any manufacturing process for human consumption products

Circumvent age or researcher verification requirements or provide false information

Use products for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable federal, state, or local laws

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page layout, and software — is the property of Lucient House LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Lucient House," the Lucient House logo, "Gray Matter Series," and "Gold Reserve Series" are trademarks of Lucient House LLC. Use of these marks without written permission is prohibited.

Order Limits & Right to Refuse

Lucient House reserves the right to:

  • →Limit order quantities per customer without notice
  • →Request additional verification of research affiliation before processing orders
  • →Refuse any order where we suspect products may be diverted for non-research use
  • →Terminate accounts and report suspicious orders to appropriate authorities

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspected non-research use, or failure to satisfy verification requirements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Lucient House provides analytical data (CoAs) to verify purity where available, but we do not warrant that products will meet your specific research requirements or that batch consistency will be maintained across all orders.

Limitation of Liability

YOUR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, AND USE OF ANY PRODUCTS FROM LUCIENT HOUSE IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lucient House for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or research.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucient House, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • •Your use, misuse, handling, storage, or disposal of products purchased from Lucient House
  • •Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • •Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@lucientlabs.us with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed to file a claim in the courts specified in the Governing Law section below.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Superior Court of Ocean County, New Jersey, or the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

Electronic Communications

By using the Site or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Force Majeure

Lucient House shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supplier delays, carrier delays, labor disputes, or internet failures.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of research compounds and chain-of-custody requirements, we do not accept returns on any products once they have left our facility. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of Lucient House to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Research Use Disclosure, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucient House regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
