All products sold by Lucient House LLC are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) compounds. These products are not FDA-approved drugs, biologics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety, efficacy, or any therapeutic purpose. They are not manufactured under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) conditions required for products intended for human use.

These products are NOT intended for:

Regulatory Framework

FDA Status

Lucient House products are not drugs, biologics, or medical devices as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (21 U.S.C. § 301 et seq.). They are research chemicals sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. No claims of therapeutic efficacy, safety for human use, or disease treatment are made or implied.

DEA Status

The peptide compounds sold by Lucient House are not currently listed as controlled substances under the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq.) or any schedule maintained by the Drug Enforcement Administration. Lucient House monitors federal and state scheduling actions and will immediately discontinue sale of any compound that becomes scheduled.

Distribution Compliance

All products are labeled "For Research Use Only — Not for Human Consumption" in accordance with research chemical distribution standards. Lucient House maintains transaction records for regulatory review and cooperates with all lawful inquiries from federal and state agencies.

Your Representations and Warranties

By placing an order with Lucient House, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 21 years of age

(b)

You are a qualified researcher, work for a legitimate research institution, or are purchasing on behalf of one

(c)

You will use the products exclusively for lawful in-vitro laboratory research purposes

(d)

You will NOT administer, distribute, or facilitate the administration of these products to any human or animal

(e)

You possess the training, knowledge, and facilities to safely handle, store, and dispose of research chemicals

(f)

You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals

(g)

You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any third party without written authorization from Lucient House

(h)

You will not publicly discuss, promote, or encourage human or animal dosing of any Lucient House product

(i)

The information you provide during account creation and checkout is truthful and accurate

Breach of any of these representations may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Our Compliance Practices

Lucient House maintains the following compliance measures:

(a) Age Verification: All visitors must confirm they are 21 years of age or older before accessing product content. Verification is enforced via a mandatory age gate on first visit.

(b) Checkout Acknowledgment: All purchasers must affirmatively acknowledge the Research Use Only status of products during checkout, including a typed confirmation.

(c) Order Monitoring: Orders are reviewed for patterns that may indicate non-research use, including unusual quantities, frequencies, or shipping patterns.

(d) Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any order and to request additional documentation of research affiliation before processing.

Quality Documentation & Transparency

Lucient House operates two product lines with different documentation standards:

Gold Reserve Series

Every shipment includes an independent Certificate of Analysis from an accredited US laboratory. Full HPLC+MS testing documentation provided with each order.

Gray Matter Series

Supplier COA documentation where available. Some batches sourced from the grey market may ship without a CoA. Check individual product pages for specific documentation status.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing from Lucient House, you acknowledge and accept that:

1.The handling and use of research chemicals involves inherent risks, including risks from accidental exposure, spills, or improper handling
2.You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product for your specific research application
3.Certificates of Analysis verify purity at the time of testing but do not guarantee fitness for any particular research purpose
4.You are responsible for proper storage, handling, and disposal in accordance with all applicable regulations and safety protocols
5.Lucient House makes no representations regarding the legal status of any product in your specific jurisdiction beyond federal law

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucient House LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a)

Your use, misuse, handling, storage, or disposal of any products purchased from Lucient House

(b)

Any violation of these terms or any applicable law or regulation

(c)

Any injury, death, or property damage resulting from your use of our products

(d)

Any claim by a third party related to your use or distribution of our products

(e)

Any regulatory action, investigation, or enforcement proceeding triggered by your actions

This indemnification obligation survives account termination and the completion of any transaction.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCIENT HOUSE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, RESEARCH RESULTS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Right to Refuse Orders

Lucient House reserves the absolute right to refuse any order, cancel any transaction, and terminate any account at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Orders suspected of non-research diversion will be canceled and may be reported to relevant authorities.
