US Domestic Shipping Only
Lucient Labs ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive research compounds.
Processing & Transit Times
Same-Day Processing
We aim to process and fulfill orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Depending on order volume and verification requirements, fulfillment may take 1–2 business days.
2-Day Delivery
Shipments are sent via FedEx or UPS, depending on whether standard or priority shipping is selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Weekend & Holiday Orders
Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day. No processing or shipping occurs on Sundays.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Orders of $200 or more qualify for free 2-day shipping via FedEx or UPS.
Orders Under $200: A flat-rate shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your location and order size. Exact shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Packaging & Discretion
Your privacy and the security of your research materials are paramount. All orders are shipped with the following protections:
Discrete Packaging
Plain, unmarked packaging with no external labels indicating contents. Shipper address shows fulfillment center, not company name.
Tamper-Evident Seals
All packages include tamper-evident seals. Do not accept packages with compromised seals.
Temperature Protection
Temperature-sensitive items include insulation and cold packs as needed to maintain integrity during transit.
Signature Optional
Standard delivery does not require signature. Contact us if signature confirmation is preferred for your location.
Refused Shipments & Delivery Issues
Lucient Labs reserves the right to refuse shipment to:
- •Residential addresses without verified research affiliation (we may request institutional email, lab documentation, or additional ID)
- •PO Boxes without prior approval
- •Addresses associated with previous policy violations
- •International addresses (including US territories)
If a shipment is refused or returned to us due to delivery failure, you will be contacted. Reshipment may require additional verification or fees.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on at checkout. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your order.
With Insurance
Your order is covered for transit damage, loss, or theft. We will replace or refund insured orders that are damaged in transit or never delivered.
Without Insurance
You accept full responsibility for your shipment once it leaves our facility. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for transit damage, loss, or theft without insurance coverage.
Why No International Shipping?
We ship exclusively within the United States to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain product integrity. International shipping of research peptides involves complex customs regulations, potential temperature excursions during extended transit, and varying legal requirements across jurisdictions.
This policy protects both Lucient Labs and our customers by ensuring all shipments remain within a single regulatory framework and can be delivered quickly under controlled conditions.
